Include a lot of professionally written content and interesting information for your visitors. Your customers will want to read interesting things and want to look for more than just a sales pitch. Content sites are a great way to build trust and loyalty. Make sure you keep your customer’s information private. If you tell your customer’s you will not share his or her personal information, then don’t share it with anyone. Marty took the idea of a family business very seriously.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Michael took time off from the agency business to go to college, receiving a degree in Marketing from Louisiana State University, where he also played baseball. After that it was back to business. And school. While working days at the agency, Michael put his nights to good use as well, earning an MBA with a stellar grade point average of 3.9.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Part of Michael's many responsibilities with the agency include conducting seminars with clients' sales people on advertising and marketing. He has an extensive background in training people for effective sales and merchandising.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In addition, he will perform "mystery shopping" for clients, posing as a homebuyer and then reporting on and analyzing his experience for the builder, in order to determine how to improve and enhance sales. He also designs sales follow-up programs for his clients, based on his belief that this represents the greatest void in real estate marketing and sales. Subsequently, he creates a seminar for the sales people to help them understand how they can improve their salesmanship.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Michael also travels around the United States and abroad, meeting with clients, consulting and conducting seminars on marketing and sales throughout the country.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Jay Cohen- Executive Vice President&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jay is a longtime member of the agency’s management team, Jay has been involved with the agency since its inception in 1993, in charge of new business development, with additional duties that include strategic media and promotional planning for the continued success of longstanding accounts.
